Starfire High Temp Grease is a high-quality, multipurpose, extreme-pressure and lithium complex thickened grease utilizing highly refined paraffinic base oil and specialty additives to satisfy the severe lubrication requirements of heavy machinery operating at moderate to high temperatures. This grease is also NLGI GC-LB certified for use as a multi-purpose automotive wheel bearing and chassis grease. Starfire High Temp Grease contains high performance extreme-pressure additives, low shear tackifiers, and rust and oxidation inhibitors to provide excellent wear protection. This grease features excellent thermal stability at high temperatures, and resistance to excessive dilution by water, assuring all-weather lubrication. These properties help the grease form an effective seal to help minimize bearing contamination and stay in-place while in service. Starfire High Temp Grease has excellent mechanical stability which stops the grease from thinning or hardening in bearings thus minimizing leakage and maintaining extended service life. This grease also contains oxidation and corrosion inhibitors to minimize chemical deterioration over extended periods of storage and service. This protects steel and copper alloy bearings against rust and corrosion. Starfire High Temp Grease has a very wide operating temperature range allowing for excellent low temperature pump-ability and high temperature protection. It is made using a robust base oil viscosity and features a high dropping point.
