To help law​ students navigate this process effectively, Critical Lawyering Skills provides practical tools and exercises. This workbook aligns with ABA Standards 303(b)(3) and (c), including addressing well-being and social (cultural) competence, and features learning objectives, rubrics, and assessment tools. The workbook format enables students to practice these skills rather than simply reading about them.
